Electronic Technician

As an Electronic Technician, you will primarily be responsible for assembling and testing electronic PCB assemblies using basic test equipment. There will also be a requirement to assist in the final assembly of finished units. Work will be carried out to the company’s quality standards and on time. You will play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities //

  • Assemble and test PCBs following work instructions with aid of computer-based software and practical skills
  • Soldering through hole an surface mount components
  • Assisting in final assembly of products
  • To always produce high quality work and be capable of working to deadlines
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
  • Reporting problems
  • Occasional report writing

Skills & Qualifications //

  • Electronics assembly experience preferred or relevant experience in this field
  • Soldering experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
